Tēnā rawa atu, I’m Karlos. I have been a qualified builder for 12 years and in the industry for over 20 years. I’ve built my business around a simple philosophy: do the job once, and do it properly.

I specialise in the design & construction of custom tiny homes, helping clients bring thier ideas to life from concepts through to completion. We also work across renovations, alterations, and many other residential building projects, delivering a high standard of workmanship with every job.

I believe building your dream spaces should be straight forward. That’s why I focus on open communication, practical advice, and quality craftmanship that stands the test of time. From our first conversation to turnkey, you’ll be dealing directly with me the entire time and make sure the job is done right first time.
